Title:	Certified Dietary Manger
Schedule:	Full Time
Summary of Position:	Supervises and delegates task to employees. Responsible for training and providing assistance as needed.Must be able to work well with others, knowledgeable and can perform all basic kitcheN duties. Dietary Supervisor is also responsible for in-patient assessment and requirement in area of responsibility. Other duties include bur are not limited to the following, preparing menus and meals according to guidelines, maintains adequate stock, responsible for reporting monthly statistics of department.
Education/Experience:	Required C.D.M.(Certified Dietary Manager) License, knowledge of basic computer functions
