Title:	Relief Dietary Aide
Schedule:	As needed
Summary of Position:	Responsible for the preparation of patient and cafeteria meals, cleaning, dishwashing, tray set-up, money-handling, and customer relations. Ability to follow written menus and operate cash register. Ability to work well with others and independently.
Education/Experience:	Basic cooking skills, ability to read and interpret recipes. Food service experience desired but not required. High School Diploma or GED required. Good teamwork and people skills necessary.
