Title:	Weekend Medical Lab Tech ( MT/ MLT)
Schedule:	Weekend Rotation
Summary of Position:	Employee in this position is responsible for performing a wide variety of diagnostic testing including but not limited to the following areas: clinical chemistry, hematology, clinical serology, clinical microscopy, and body fluid analysis to include urinalysis. Additionally, the employee in this position will possess the necessary level of skill and expertise to perform phlebotomy on any and all patients.
Education/Experience:	Certified as a Medical Lab Technologist and /or Medical Technologist - clinical laboratory scientist by one of the following certifications agencies: American Society of Clinical Patologists (ASCP), National Certification Agency for Clinical Laboratory Personnel (NCA), or American Medical Technologists (AMT). 3 or more years experience in a hospital environment.
