Summary of Position:	Responsible for the evaluation, treatment, planning, treatment implementation, and documentation for Rehabilitation patients to include inpatient, outpatient, and home health.
Education/Experience:	Graduate of approved school of OT. Eligible for OTA exam. Inpatient, Outpatient and Home Health experience preferred.
