CEO - Steven Taylor

stevenSteven Taylor currently serves as Stillwater Medical Center’s Regional President/System VP. In this role, he is the CEO of both Perry Memorial Hospital and Blackwell Regional Hospital. Taylor joined the SMC team in 1997 as the Safety Officer after earning his bachelor’s degree in Fire Protection & Safety from Oklahoma State University. Within two years, he was promoted to Director of Facilities Management, where he worked and led for twelve years.

Taylor has played an integral role in multiple expansion and remodel construction projects at Stillwater Medical Center. With his help, these projects provided an opportunity to expand services and implement new technology to better serve patients. Taylor states, “It’s great to be part of an organization that has a commitment to keep the facilities up to date to provide the best services possible for the community.”

Taylor was born and raised on his family farm in southwest Oklahoma where his parents still reside. He and his wife, Nicole, have two children. Taylor is actively involved in the Stillwater community including service on the board for Big Brothers Big Sisters, acting Environmental Advisor for the City Council and organization of the United Way Day of Caring event.

Courtney KozikuskiCourtney Kozikuski - CFO

Courtney is a 2002 Graduate of Perry Public Schools. Born and Raised in Perry Oklahoma, Courtney chose to attend Oklahoma State University in Stillwater to further her education. Following graduation from OSU with her BS degree in Finance and Accounting, Courtney joined PMH as an accountant in January 2009. Working directly with the Chief Financial Officer, Courtney expanded her knowledge in Healthcare finance, becoming a Controller in 2012 before advancing to her current position as CFO in October, 2013. Courtney enjoys spending time outdoors with her daughter Riley. Water sports, shooting, and riding ATVs are among her preferred activities.





Jeannie Carey – CNO

Jeannie Carey, RN, received her BSN from St. Mary’s of the Plains, in Dodge City, Kansas.  She then continued to receive her Master’s in Health Care Administration.  Joining PMH in September 1990 as a RN, she worked her way to Chief Nursing Officer in February 1999.  She married her husband Steve in 1979, and they have one daughter, Makinzie.
